BENEFITS FOR YOUR HEALTH & INCOME

- Corporate Group Medical Health Insurance coverage for Qualified Applicants. (PPO/HMO based on project location).

- For Employees & Consultants all the Bonus are paid based on Individual resource utilization on projects 75% + Company overall performance 25%. This bonus pay is always after individual performance review .

- Annual salary increment based on performance and evaluation report. (Typically 2-3% on gross salary and company performance).

- Project relocation reimbursements are never taxable and is paid as per actual. (Based on client pay expenses basis).

- Project onsite travel expenses for 1 week for applicant. (Hotel, Air travel, Car Rental, Taxi) (Limited to 3 times max a year).

- ADP direct deposit pay between 1st - 5th of the month upon approved time sheet submission by end of the month.

- Consolidated monthly pay stub & W2 available within MMD-ADP partner portal & order visiting cards.

- Manage My Dream, LLC Self Service Portal for Time tracking and Recruitment services with Bench Recruitment support.

- Employees are eligible for some benefits after completion of the initial probation period of 24 days.

-1-1 Individual resource counseling and business team building seminars and symposiums are available.

BENEFITS FOR YOUR WORK/LIFE BALANCE 2:

- Traveling Consultants are limited to 75 days of max non billable from the client which includes vacation and leave.

- Employee working since 1-3 yrs are eligible for 3 weeks max vacation as per approval by supervising manager and 4 weeks for more than 3yrs emp. (Including 5 Sick Days)

- Five (5) sick days are applicable for all employee after completion of probation 45days period.
